"Very courteous, professional, and friendly staff and very mechanically sound service.
I know these folks deal primarily with big rigs, but when my boy slid on icy Rt99 and almost flipped the truck, SR came out and towed and stored my vehicle without causing more damage. I can tell by the tire prints at the scene and condition of my truck that SR really took their time and mitigated further damage.
Ken at the office was super nice (although he did not offer me a sandwich - haha), courteous, professional, and understanding. He worked with me to have the truck towed back to my house for very reasonable cost.
The technician who got the truck back to my home was super friendly and professional.
I would definitely recommend SR for any emergency towing, though they are busy with big rigs, they will go out of their way to help you.
SR has been in my contacts since 2 days after the accident and they will stay there."
